Pole Fitness

We offer Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced 4-week Pole series. $60 (+hst) for members, $80 (+hst) non-members.  You must take the beginner series or have pole experience before moving on to the intermediate or advanced sessions.

Lyra Hoop/ Aerial Hoop

The lyra is a large metal hoop hanging from the ceiling that helps to challenge your flexibility as you make your way into graceful poses (think cirque de soleil!). We offer currently offer a level 1  4-week series that is accessible to all levels. $40 (+hst) for members, $75 (+hst) non-members.

Pre-natal Yoga

Prenatal yoga has amazing spiritual and health benefits for you and your baby!  Relieve tension in your back, reduce water retention, strengthen your arms and legs as well as reduce anxieties around labour. This workshop runs as a 6-week session. $80 (+hst) . Drop-ins available for $20.

Mom & Baby Yoga

Help get back into shape while bonding with your little one. This 6 week workshop focuses on re-establishing your core, toning your pelvic floor and regaining body awareness and alignment. Babies 6 weeks to crawling welcome! This workshop runs in 6-week sessions. $60 (+hst)  for members $80 (+hst) for non members. Call to see if drop ins are available for an upcoming session.

Chair Yoga

For clients with decreased mobility this accessible 4 week workshop focuses on flexibility, body awareness and breathe from a chair.

Thursdays, 11am-12pm ($12/class)

Breaking Down your Practice (BDYP)

The BDYP series if for yogis who want to learn a little more about proper alignment and flow into poses.  Each class will focus on a different area of yoga so you can gain new perspectives to bring to your mat. The BDYP series includes: Sun Salutations, Heart Openers/ Backbends, inversions/arm balances and hip openers.

Friday Night Flights

Once a month the Breathe Aerial Arts crew will being you a workshop that allows you time to play and explore, as well as get social.  Workshops may include: partner work, choreography, and even some social drinks or food!  Keep an eye on the calendar and Facebook page to see what is coming up.
