Ideal for: Beginner Yogis
If you are a beginner yoga student, we strongly recommend starting with All Levels Yoga. This yoga class was designed to teach the foundational poses and techniques of yoga. Starting with All Levels Yoga allows you to develop a stronger, safer, and more aligned practice before you move on to our other Yoga classes.
Ideal for: Beginner Pilate Students
If you are a beginner Pilates student, we suggest starting with Pilates Mat. This is a progressive Pilates class that is accessible to beginners and offers intermediate exercises and additional repetitions for more advanced students.
Ideal for: Everybody
We have classes designed for everybody and every interest including: HIIT, Barre, Aerial, Kickboxing, Zumba, and more!
